CLIP FOR TEACHERS:
CLIP is offered to teachers in the Parker Unified School District as a year long training. Teachers meet with the instructor weekly in a 3 hour class. Traditionally, class has either been on Tuesday or Thursday night from 4-7 p.m. Teachers are required to meet and tutor a first grade student daily for 30 minutes. Weekly assignments are also given. The instructor comes out to observe your lesson an average of 8 times a semester and provides individual feed back. 6 college credits are available from Northern Arizona University or 3 district credits. |
